To consider a request for Jerry Birk P.O. Box 44303 Madison, WI 53744 to
separate 5.01 acres with a house and buildings from a 180-acre parcel. The
parcel is located at 4724 N Coon Island Road Evansville. The parcel number
is 024 016001. It is in the NE ¼ of Section 12. The parcel is currently zoned
A-1 and the new 5.01 parcel would be zoned A-3. This is under Town of
Magnolia Zoning Ordinance 4.4 (C) (g).
