Consider a request for a rezone from A-1 to A-3 and a request for a Conditional Use Permit for Dave and Kelly Javan, 702 N State Road 213, Brodhead, WI 53520 to make renovations to the existing barn to convert the upper and lower level into a dry venue. The renovations would be in accordance with the Town of Magnolia Zoning Code section 4.4 (C)(2)(f) for A-1 zoning or 4.6 (C)(1) for A-3 zoning. The parcel number is 024 04000601. This is a 4.020 acre parcel located in section 26 of the Town of Magnolia. The proposal has three phases.
