The CUP would be in accordance with the Town of Magnolia Zoning Code section 4.6 (C)(1) for A-3 zoning. The parcel number is 024 04000601 and is located in Section 26 of the Town of Magnolia. This is a 4.020-acre parcel currently\, however the town has received a Certified Survey Map to change the parcel to 4.428 acres.
